The Thermomate Commercial-grade Electric Griddle is the perfect countertop cooking solution for busy food vendors. A comprehensive heat element is powered by 4.4KW of heating power via the convenience of two 10A plugs, so you can use it anywhere. With dual zone temperature control from 50 to 300C, it offers the versatility to cook everything from steak on the ribbed side of the plate, to stir-frys and pancakes on the other.
The thick 8mm iron plate heats fast and evenly, and being an extra large size (73x40cm) youll be able to serve more customers. The generous 201 grade stainless steel splash guard surrounds the sides and rear to protect customers and makes it quick to clean. Excess fat and oil can easily be scraped into the removable drip tray, and is large in size for less frequent emptying.
Ideal for use in cafes, canteens, sport events, food trucks and fairs, it has a sleek and durable 201 grade stainless steel design that will look smart in any location. This premium electric bbq hot plate meets all Australian safety standards with features such as an overload circuit breaker to provide peace of mind, while its non-slip rubber feet will make sure the cooktop stays secure.
