Most products come with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Some items may carry an extended warranty, which will be specified in the product listing.
Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or damage that occurs during delivery.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact our Customer Service Team via our Contact Page or email us at info@nolashop.com.au.
Provide the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos and/or videos clearly showing the fault
- (If applicable) a copy of the manual indicating any missing parts
Our team will review your claim and advise on next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

⚠️ Please do not open a payment dispute before contacting us, as this can delay resolution.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective (change of mind) products.

Change of Mind Returns

Accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Item must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Defective Returns

Covered under our warranty policy.
Depending on the situation, we may arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Exchanges

You may exchange an item within the 14-day return window, provided the item is new and unused.

📦 Return Method & Fees

Method: Returns are made by mail.
Return Label: A pre-paid return label will be provided, free of charge.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Refunds: Processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
