🚚 Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on selected items. Look for the “Free Shipping” tag on eligible products. For all other items, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We deliver Australia-wide.
⏱️ How long does shipping take?
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery time frames:
VIC: 3–8 working days
NSW, SA, ACT, QLD: 5–10 working days
WA, NT, TAS: 7–14 working days
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.
🔄 What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for both change of mind and defective items.
Change of Mind: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Defective Items: Covered under our warranty. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Exchanges: Available within the 14-day return window for unused items.
A 10% restocking fee applies to returns. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
🛡️ Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, most of our products include a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise specified. Some items may have extended warranties, which are detailed on the product page.
